Northern New York Parts is a family owned and
operated small business located in Upstate New York just shy of
the Canadian border. Our main goal is to provide OEM and
Aftermarket parts on-line at an affordable price in the shortest
amount of time. We pride ourselves on a quick turn around
time of the order being placed and the majority of the time
being shipped the same day.
Were still a considered a new and up and
coming business. The company was formed in 2008 and we have seen
extensive growth (134%) in our on-line sales. Not only do we
sell lawn and garden parts but Agriculture parts as well. So
whether its your lawn tractor that need parts or your farm
tractor...we can supply both.
We also carry and have access to a full line of implement parts
from harrows to haying equipment to keep that equipment running. Better than 95% of our
business is done through on-line sales with shipments going to every state
in the US as well as a large volume headed to our overseas
clients. We have mower blades being used in the
Czech Republic too having spindles on mowers
in Australia.
Most of he time when you emailing or calling
us...your talking directly with one of the owners and getting
the first class treatment that one should expect as a customer.
Your not just a number here and we try to go out of our way to
make sure all your parts needs are met. 99.9% of the time, our
customers become good friends and we keep up with each other
throughout the year.
We not only run our on-line parts business but
a full service repair shop as well. We know and understand the parts we sell and how
they need to be installed. Most places just sell parts. If you buy a part from us
or anyone else and run
into problems trying to install it, simply give us a call. I
will personally put you on the phone with one of our mechanic
that can walk you through the process of doing the install or
repair.

The majority of our aftermarket parts come with a full year
warranty against defects and craftsmanship. The majority of the
OEM or Original Equipment Manufacture come with a 90 day
warranty against defects and craftsmanship. I know...You would think it
would be the other way around but its not.

In the Aftermarket Department we deal with a
number of the larger distributors that covers all brands that
meet OEM Spec's. Meaning it is as good if not better and you
will see in some of the listings of where it is actually made by
the OEM Company.
Shipping and Handling
We are not in the business of making monies on postage. On any
order totaling over 100.00, you automatically get bumped to free
S&H if you are within the lower 48 states in the US. I wish I
could do the same for you folks outside the US but it would be
cost prohibitive.
An example was just last week with shipping a mower blade to the
Czech Republic. That blade ended up costing us $61.00 to ship to
one of our customers. I know
you folks outside the USA understand what the costs are.
When your shopping on the on-line store, one thing to keep in
mind is that shipping calculator is set-up to determine shipping
depending on the full amount of your order. Now if you are
ordering 3 Stihl carburetor repair kits and the actual weight is
just a few oz's...I will personally refund or credit your
account for any of what I call excessive charges. If you paid
$9.00 and the actual cost with the postage, envelope and time
comes to $4.00....you will get your $5.00 back. This includes
sales to Canada and overseas!
That's my personal garentee!
