When placing an order, please take into consideration that it can take up to 4 business days from the date you ordered to actually ship your item or items. It can take longer if it is a special order item or one that gets back ordered from the manufacture. All postal quotes are for the USA only.
Limitations of Standard Ground: Packages have to be less than 70 lbs. with a total length of 108" or less and a combined length and girth not exceeding 130".
AK & HI Extra postage needed unless we can get into a USPS flat rate box
USPS – Most that are less than 13 oz goes first class and anything over priority and parcel select.

Over Weight Commercial Truck Shipping
Freight Shipping (Light Truck)
Truck Freight changes vary depending on the size and weight of the item being shipped. We use for the most part Conway trucking. We do offer you the option of arranging your own shipping company to pick up your items. The driver will inspect and sign for the overweight item and take responsibility for said item until delivered to you. We encourage you to check the item if there is any outside damage to the container of part. If the damage was caused during transportation either through us or your carrier…then it becomes a insurance claim.
******You will need to include your daytime phone number so that the carrier can arrange delivery. Make sure you have at your disposal a way to unload it off the truck. If not, a gate fee may apply.*****
Shipping Policy outside the Continental US
We do ship a lot of items overseas and to Canada, Mexico Shipping methods and times depend upon destination. Call 315-347-1755 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org for an actual quote. Customer is responsible for all import duties; GST and taxes incurred after order leaves USA (contact your local customs office for information on such charges). We will not mark on the package anything other than Merchandise. We will not say it cost less than the actual price nor will we mark it as a gift, warranty or educational. It is illegal so please don’t ask us to break the law.
Customers can pick up their part or parts once they are in. Please call ahead to make sure they are in our warehouse. Most are here in stock but we do draw from 14 other warehouses to fill our customer’s needs.
From time to time we do run into back orders (orders where were out of stock and the manufacture is out of inventory and it is being produced). In the event we do run into this (everyone selling on line has had this happen) we will notify you after a week and give you the option to get a refund or wait. Good chances if were out…everyone else is unless they happen to have one in inventory.
Please call ahead and explain why you want to return it. If it is after 14 days and there is a manufacture warranty on the part, we will work as a medium to help facilitate having the bad one returned to the manufacture and to get them to send you a new one. Understand we are doing this as a service to our customer and not warranting it ourselves. Most of our aftermarket parts come with a full 1 year warranty against workmanship and defects.
Everyone makes mistakes from time to time (were not immune to it either) and ends up ordering the incorrect part. In the event this happens we will depending on each individual circumstance take the part back. That’s why we ask that if you are not sure of the part needed to please ask ahead of time prior to ordering.
Allow us to check as we are looking up parts everyday and the majority of the time, we know it off the top of our heads.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee and you will lose the original cost to ship it to you (even with the free shipping option of over $200.00…it still costs us to ship it to you) and you will have to pay the cost to ship it back. We reserve the right to reject any and all returned parts depending on condition.
Electrical – we will not accept any returns on any electrical parts unless it is a proven to be a manufacture defect. All regular returns must be in their original unopened packaging. You are responsible for the original shipping, the shipping to get it back to us and up to a 25% restocking fee. Special orders may be higher yet. We take it case by case.
