SHIPPING POLICY – USA

All postal quotes are for the USA only.

When placing an order, please take into consideration that it can take up to 4 business days from the date you ordered to actually ship your item or items. It can take longer if it is a special order item or one that gets back ordered from the manufacturer.

Limitations of Standard Ground: Packages have to be less than 70 lbs. with a total length of 108″ or less and a combined length and girth not exceeding 130″.

AK & HI Extra postage needed unless we can get into a USPS flat rate box

USPS – Most that are less than 15 oz goes first class and anything over priority.

We do offer Next day and 2nd day air services. Call 315-347-1755 for charges.

Our first choice of shipping methods is USPS since for the most part is the cheapest shipping option out there. If we can save money on shipping costs, these savings are passed onto you, our customer. We do not make any monies off shipping charges.

On many of our items we do offer next and 2nd-day shipping. Just be aware that these costs can be high. If we opt to ship directly from the manufacturer, there is a drop ship fee, the cost of the postage and if that warehouse is located in your state…sales tax may apply.

Freight Shipping (Light Truck)

Truck Freight changes vary depending on the size and weight of the item being shipped. We use for the most part Conway Trucking. We do offer you the option of arranging your own shipping company to pick up your items. The driver will inspect and sign for the overweight item and take responsibility for a said item until delivered to you. We encourage you to check the item if there is any outside damage to the container of the part. If the damage was caused during transportation either through us or your carrier…then it becomes an insurance claim.

******You will need to include your daytime phone number so that the carrier can arrange delivery. Make sure you have at your disposal a way to unload it from the truck. If not, a gate fee may apply.*****

Shipping Policy outside the Continental US

We do ship a lot of items overseas and to Canada, Mexico Shipping methods and times depend upon destination. Call 315-347-1755 or email me at service@nnyparts.com for an actual quote. The customer is responsible for all import duties; GST and taxes incurred after order leaves USA (contact your local customs office for information on such charges).

Customer Pickup

Customers can pick up their part or parts once they are in. Please call ahead to make sure they are in our warehouse. Most are here in stock but we do draw from 14 other warehouses to fill our customer’s needs.

Back Orders

From time to time we do run into back orders (orders, where we’re out of stock and the manufacturer, is out of inventory and it is being produced). In the event, we do run into this (everyone selling online has had this happen) we will notify you after a week and give you the option to get a refund or wait. Good chances if we’re out…everyone else is unless they happen to have one in inventory.
